Carson Dunlop invites you to interact with us and our social media community. To ensure discussions remain informative, respectful and engaging, we have created the following guidelines. By interacting with us and our social community, you agree to comply with these terms.

Failure to comply with our community guidelines may result in your account being blocked by Carson Dunlop’s social media accounts.

Be Respectful of All Users
While constructive feedback is welcome, any messages posted or directed to Carson Dunlop and its social media community that contains any vulgar, profane, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexist, racist, discriminatory or other inappropriate content will be deleted and potentially reported at Carson Dunlop’s discretion. We expect you to address business and product issues rather than personal issues. Derogatory comments about identifiable individuals are never appropriate or acceptable.

Avoid Sharing Personal Information
To protect your data and confidentiality, please avoid posting personal contact information (e.g., email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses) publicly on our social media channels. If your contact information is needed, we will contact you privately through direct messaging or other non-public means.

Do Not Spam or Solicit
Any comments or messages posted that appear to be spam or contain content intended to promote a business or organization for financial gain may be hidden, deleted and/or reported.

Do Not Post Other’s Content
Users acknowledge that any content posted to Carson Dunlop’s social media community must not infringe any copyrights or trademarks. Refrain from posting any materials or multimedia content that would violate the legal rights of others (including personality, confidentiality and privacy rights).

Understand the Public Nature of Social Media
Any content posted on Carson Dunlop’s social media community, including comments, feedback, reviews and testimonials, may be used to help promote or showcase Carson Dunlop’s initiatives and/or service offerings. By posting on Carson Dunlop’s social media channels, you agree that your message might be used by Carson Dunlop and its affiliates in promotional and marketing materials in any media and format, including digital, print and broadcast.
